Blue cats eye Stacker bracelets.

Here is another of my stacker bracelets, it consists of three stretch elastic bracelets with a clay rose feature bead.
To make the first bracelet you need to added 33 silver plated 6mm spacer beads onto the stretch elastic, once you have threaded these to make it secure you need to do a surgeons knot. Once you have done this add a little clear nail varnish to secure the knot. Once you have done this you can cut the spare stretch elastic. Then pull one of the beads across so that the knot hides inside the bead.
For the next bracelet you need to do everything the same as above, however you only use 26, 8mm faux pearls.
For the third bracelet again you will need 26, 8mm beads but once you thread on half of the beads you can add the clay rose to the design, then thread on the remaining beads and finish in the same ways as with the other bracelets.
I would love to hear what you think. Until the next post, have a great day :)

MS Awareness Memory Wire Bracelet

I made this bracelet as the colours are for MS Awareness which is something that is very close to my heart.
To make it you need four wraps of memory wire, 23 white 8mm faux pearls, 23 bronze 8mm faux pearls and 46 Dark navy blue 8mm faux pearls.
The first thing that you need to do is use your round nose pliers to form a stopper, if you do this by going around the round nose pliers until you have about three rounds.
To create the pattern I started with one Bronze pearl, then a white one, followed by 2 of the navy pearls and another white pearl. I then continued with his pattern until you reach the end of the memory wire making sure that you leave about 15mm to create the end, this is done as you did at the beginning of the bracelet.
Any comments that you have I would love to hear from you below :)

Tree of life stacker bracelet.

This is one of my latest makes, it consists of three stretch elastic bracelets with a tree of life charm.
For the third bracelet again you will need 26, 8mm beads but once you thread on half of the beads you can add the charm, then thread on the remaining beads and finish in the same ways as with the other bracelets.
Once you have done that you have completed this lovely set. I hope that you like it,. Feel free to comment with your thoughts.

Tree of life

This is a very simple make. I have used an 18 inch chain to which I have put a pendant holder on and then added a pale green shell disk and a Tree of life charm on. I really like the effect this necklaces has from something so simple.

Ingredients
6*8mm red pearl beads,
8*6mm red pearl beads,
2 Silver plated earring findings,
1 Silver plated lobster clasp,
16inch silver plated chain.
11 eye pin's
2 Headpins

First I put all of the 6mm red pearl beads onto eye pins, trimmed the remaining wire one the other end of the pin to roughly around 1cm and using a pair of ring nosed pliers made that end into a loop. I them again repeated this on 4 of the 8mm pearl beads. The remaining two 8mm I put on the two head pins again cutting the remaining wire to 1cm and created a loop.
Working with the pattern of a 6mm pearl followed by a 8mm pearl and then again a 6mm pearl, I connected these by adding 1 and a half inches of chain in between each of the beads until I reached the last of the pearls allocated to the necklace. I the split the remaining chain in two and placed at either end of the beads and placed a lobster clasp on the end.

To make the matching earrings I linked the two 8mm pearls that were on head pins to the remaining 2 6mm pearls and then linked other end of the 6mm pearls to the earrings.
This then created this necklace and earring set.

Pink Friends

This card is made using basic white card stock at 300gsm, a pink blossom 250gsm card and a card and topper from the Kanban Language of flowers kit.
I first folded the white card blank in half using a scoring board and a bone folder to make a A5 basic card blank, I then cut the pink card to just over  an A5 mat, then I cut the Kanban backing card to half an inch smaller than the pink card mat.
I cut another two inch strip of the pink card and a one and three quarters inch of the Kanban backing card and matted them together. I then took my topper and created a mate again with the pink card, that was half an inch bigger than my topper to create a mat to lift the topper.
Once I put this all together I added colour matching gems on two corners to balance the card.
This is the end card. I hope you like it.

Hi everyone. I know that I have not blogged in a long time and I will try and start blogging again in the near future. Until I do you can look at my website by clicking on the below link. At present it is under construction so there are still a lot of things to be added. I will hopefully be adding some cards to it over the next few days.
